Test apparatus for density of smoke from the burning or decomposition of building materials

1. Scope of application:

1.1 It is suitable for the measurement of static smoke production when building materials and their products are burned, and can also be used for the measurement of static smoke production when other solid materials are burned.

2. Compliant standards:

2.1 Comply with GB/T8627 standard requirements “Test method for density of smoke from the burning or decomposition of building materials”.

3. Main parameters:

3.1 Gas source: 95% propane gas, or coal gas of the same purity (customers bring their own);

3.2 Burning lamp: Bunsen burner, length 260mm, nozzle diameter 0.13mm, 45° angle to the smoke box;

3.3 Photoelectric system: the light source is a light bulb, the power is 15W, and the working voltage is 6V;

3.4 Exhaust system: The machine is equipped with a powerful exhaust fan, which can discharge the exhaust gas to the outside after the test;

3.5 Smoke density measurement range: 0~100%;

3.6 Accuracy of smoke density measurement: ±3%;

3.7 Receiver: It is a silicon photovoltaic cell, the light transmittance of 0% means no light passes through, and the light transmittance of 100% passes through completely without blocking;

3.8 The focal length after processing: 60~65mm;

3.9 Working pressure of main burner: 276KPa (adjustable);

3.10 Auxiliary burner pressure: 138KPa (adjustable);

3.11 Automatic timing, manual ignition (with manual igniter), automatic smoke exhaust; luminous flux can be automatically corrected;

3.12 Computer control, including a set of transmittance measurement software, which can output curve reports, data can be automatically saved and can be printed;
