High-Temperature Digital Display Limiting Oxygen Index Test Apparatus

1. Scope of application:

It's suitable for evaluating the combustion performance of materials such as solid, laminated, foams, soft flakes and thin films under specified environments.

It meets the requirements of ISO4589-3:2017 "Plastics - Determination of burning behavior by oxygen index Part 3: Elevated-temperature Test".

3. Main parameters:

3.1 Test temperature: continuous setting from room temperature to 150℃;

3.2 Temperature deviation: ±1%℃;

3.3 Oxygen concentration (oxygen index): direct reading by digital display. Resolution: 0.1%.

3.4 Air supply pipeline: flow meter, pressure gauge and needle valve.

3.13 Ignition: dedicated propane hand-held electronic electric firearms. Using a copper tube with a diameter of 2.0mm, the flame can be adjusted to spray 16mm±4mm vertically downward from the outlet.

3.14 Specimen clamps: one set of hard self-supporting material and one set of soft material clamp;

3.15 Heating system: use nickel-chromium alloy rapid heating electric heating wire, which is wound on the glass tube in sections to ensure the uniform temperature in the test tube

3.16 Temperature measurement system: mineral insulated heater thermocouple ￠1.5mmmm
