1. Scope of application:

It is suitable for the combustion performance test of small parts and composite parts of railway vehicle materials, such as sealing strips, hoses, wall materials and other locomotive materials.

A gas burner with a wide-mouth sleeve is used to test the combustion characteristics of materials and components used in rail locomotive. It is classified according to DIN5510-2 for flammability, smoke formation and droplet morphology.

The frequency conversion adjustment fan device adjusts the wind speed, and the orifice flow meter detects the gas pressure difference;

Temperature display device: display the average temperature in the flue;

Timer: record ignition time, length of time of continued burning and glowing after extinction of burner, etc.;

Equipped with a temperature calibration system: detecting the temperature and difference in temperature of the calibration plate;
