High-Pressure Air Tightness Testing Equipment

1. Scope of application:

1.1 It is suitable for air tightness test of gas fire extinguishing system bottle group, signal feedback device, low leakage and high sealing valve and other components and closing pressure test of low leakage and high sealing valve;

1.2 It is suitable for gas tightness test of container valve, selector valve, check valve and opening pressure test of check valve of gas fire extinguishing system;

1.3 It is suitable for the air tightness test of the pressure indicator of the gas fire extinguishing system;

1.4 It is suitable for the air tightness test of the headers, connecting pipes, pipeline fittings and pressure reducing devices of the gas fire extinguishing system;

1.5 Applicable to the air tightness test of dry powder fire extinguishing system dry powder storage container, release diaphragm, gas storage cylinder group, safety relief device, collecting pipe, connecting pipe, signal feedback device, and dry powder hose reel;

1.6 Air tightness test of container valve, selector valve, release valve, pressure reducing valve and check valve of dry powder fire extinguishing system;

1.7 Air tightness test of safety valve of dry powder fire extinguishing system;

1.8 Air tightness test of pressure indicator of dry powder fire extinguishing system.

2. Compliant standards:

2.1 Comply with GB25972-2010 "Gas Fire Extinguishing Systems and Components" Section 6.4 Air tightness test and 6.22 one-way valve opening pressure test and 6.22 low leakage high sealing valve closing pressure test and 6.23 low leakage high sealing valve closing pressure test;

2.2 Comply with GB16669-2010 "General Technical Specifications for Components of Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguishing System" Section 6.4 Air tightness test and 6.25 one-way valve opening pressure test and low leakage high sealing valve closing pressure test;

2.3 Comply with GB16668-2010 "General Technical Specifications for Powder Extinguishing System and Components" Section 7.5 Sealing Test and 7.14 Check Valve Opening Pressure Test;
