Powder Extinguishing Agent Electrical Insulation Test Apparatus

1. Scope of application:

 It is suitable for the electrical insulation performance test of powder extinguishing agent, and the electrical insulation is ≥5kv.

3. Main technical parameters:

3.1 Instrument composition: It consists of a withstand voltage tester, a test cup, an electrode, and a drop test bench.

3.2 Test cup: The cup body is made of non-hygroscopic high insulating material. The distance between other parts of the disc-shaped electrode and the test cup is not less than 13mm. The distance between the top of the test cup and the top of the disc-shaped electrode is not less than 32mm. The test cup is removable, cleaned and polished, and the distance between the two disc electrodes can be adjusted.

3.3 Disc-shaped flat electrode: made of polished brass plate, with a diameter of 25mm, a thickness of not less than 3mm, and the edge at a right angle: the distance between the two electrode plates is 2.50±0.01mm

3.4 Withstand voltage tester:

3.4.1 AC voltage 0.5-10Kv. Accuracy ±3% ±3 words;

3.4.2 Breakdown current: 0-10mA, digital display, accuracy ±3% ±3 characters;

3.4.3 Boosting method: automatic constant boosting until breakdown;

3.4.4 Timing setting: 1～999.0 (s) arbitrary setting;

3.4.5 Main functions: program control, menu-guided operation, output voltage automatically ramps up according to the set gradient, breakdown protection, quick cut-off, expandable RS232 interface or PLC interface;

3.5 Acceleration drop test bench:

3.5.1 Drop height: 0~30mm adjustable;

3.5.2 Maximum load: 50kg;

3.5.3 Frequency range: 0-1.667Hz continuously adjustable:;

3.5.4 Acceleration: the falling acceleration is greater than 9.3m/s^2;

3.5.5 Drop times: 1~999 times can be set arbitrarily.
