It is suitable for the static operating temperature test of sprinklers.Sprinklers whose operating temperature does not exceed 79°C shall use a water bath, and those whose nominal operating temperature shall exceed 79°C shall use an oil bath.
1. Scope of use:
It is suitable for the static operating temperature test of sprinklers.
Sprinklers whose operating temperature does not exceed 79°C shall use a water bath, and those whose nominal operating temperature shall exceed 79°C shall use an oil bath.
This instrument does not contain the air bath test of Section 7.7-i of GB5135.1-2019.
2. Compliant standards:
Comply with GB5135.1-2019 “Automatic sprinkler system—Part 1: Sprinklers”Section 7.7 ”Test of static operating temperature”。
3. Main technical parameters:
3.1 Structure: two sample areas for one instrument, water bath area and oil bath area, sharing the control system;
3.2 Number of samples: 10 samples at one time;
3.3 Heating rate: use programmable segmented heating. Under the condition that the heating rate does not exceed 20°C/min, heat from room temperature to 20°C lower than its nominal operating temperature, hold for 10 minutes, and then heat up at a rate of (0.5±0.1°C)/min until the sprinkler operates.
3.4 Temperature measurement:
3.4.1 Use PT100 temperature sensor to measure;
3.4.2 The temperature sensing point of the temperature sensor and the center of the thermal sensitive element are (40±10) mm from the liquid surface;
3.4.3 The temperature uniformity of the test area is less than 0.5°C;
3.4.4 Temperature sensor accuracy: ±0.1°C;
