1. Scope of application:

1.1 It is suitable for fire coupling, fire water gun sealing performance and water pressure strength test.

1.2 It is suitable for the inner button coupling and the card coupling of the fire coupling. The nominal diameters are 50mm, 65mm, 80mm and 100mm. Among them, the coupling specifications of 50mm and 65mm are the standard configuration, and our company will provide the corresponding accessories. If you need to test other specifications of the coupling, you need to purchase additional accessories of the corresponding specifications with our company.

1.3 It is suitable for low pressure water guns, medium pressure water guns and high pressure water guns for fire water guns. Among them, the water gun specifications of 50mm and 65mm are the standard configuration. Our company will provide the corresponding accessories at random. If you need to test other specifications of the water gun, you need to purchase additional accessories of the corresponding specifications with our company.

1.4 The maximum nominal pressure for fire coupling is 2.5Mpa;

1.5 The maximum working pressure for fire water gun is 4.0Mpa.

2. Comply with the standard:

2.1 Comply with the requirements of Section 5.4 "Water Pressure Sealing Test" and Section 5.5 "Water Pressure Strength Test" of GB12514.1-2005 "Fire coupling" standard;

2.2 Meet the requirements of Section 6.5 "Sealing performance and water pressure strength test" of the GB8181-2005 "Fire nozzles" standard.

3. Main technical features:

3.1 Using computer automatic frequency conversion control technology and multi-channel voltage stabilization system, it can conduct sealing performance and water pressure withstand strength tests on different couplings. The computer automatically records the data, prints the test report as required, and recycles the water. The unique test sample can be quickly installed and disassembled, saving time and effort.

3.2 The whole machine includes: main frame, computer integrated console, test cabin, distribution box and power cabinet; the computer integrated console is mainly composed of computer and frequency converter;

3.3 Power cabinet: a water tank, a variable frequency motor, a pressure pump and a voltage stabilizer are provided inside;

3.4 Voltage stabilizer: There is a pressure test coupling on the outside of the pressure stabilizer tank, the pressure test coupling has a built-in pressure transmitter, and the circuit is connected to the computer integrated console;
