Driving Performance Test Apparatus For Cart Fire Extinguisher

1. Scope of application

It is suitable for the driving performance test of the trolley fire extinguisher.

2. Compliant standards

2.1 Comply with Section 6.7 Durability test of ISO 11601:2017 Fire fighting—Wheeled fire extinguishers—Performance and Construction.

3. Main technical parameters:

3.1 One universal angle ruler, the indication error is not more than ±5'.

3.2 Push-pull mechanism force gauge: the measuring range is not less than 500N. The accuracy level is not lower than 0.5 level.

3.3 Height measurement: 0-1000 (mm), division value 1mm, accuracy level II and above.

3.4 Put the cart-type fire extinguisher on the flat concrete floor according to its normal use position, and deviate the cart-type fire extinguisher from the vertical position by 10°, then release it, and observe whether it is reset.

3.5 Place the dynamometer on the handle, and measure the supporting force according to Section 8.18.2 of ISO 11601-2017.

3.6 Place the cart-type fire extinguisher on the flat plate, and use a steel ruler to measure the distance between the lowest position (except the wheels) and the ground.

3.7 Test the cart-type fire extinguisher according to the following steps:

a) One push-pull mobile test machine. The test machine has the functions of driving speed adjustment, mileage counting, and automatic stop at the end of the test. Meet the requirement that the cart can be pushed (or pulled) for 8km at a speed of (8-13) km/h on a rough road. ;

b) Push or pull the trolley-type fire extinguisher at a speed of 8km/h, and hit a vertical concrete (or steel, or brick) wall with one wheel;

c) Push down the cart-type fire extinguisher and land on the ground with the bumper or push handle;
