1. Brief description:

 1.1 The ultraviolet accelerated aging test chamber adopts imported UVA-340 fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, which can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rain and dew.  The UV weatherproof box uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight, and uses condensed moisture to simulate dew.  The material to be tested is placed in a cycle program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing, and the accelerated weather resistance test is carried out on the material to obtain the results of the weather resistance of the material.  The UV box can reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or years in a few days or weeks.  Hazard types include: fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, turbidity, air bubbles, embrittlement, strength, decay, and oxidation.  This machine contains spraying device.

 1.2 This UV accelerated aging test chamber can simulate environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness and other environmental conditions in natural climates. By reproducing these conditions, they can be combined into a cycle and let it automatically execute the cycle times  .  This is how the UV aging test chamber works.  During this process, the equipment can automatically monitor the temperature of the blackboard and the water tank; by configuring the irradiance measurement and control device (optional), the light irradiance can be measured and controlled to stabilize the irradiance at 0.76W/m2  /340nm or the specified set value, and greatly prolong the service life of the lamp.

4. Other parameters:

 4.1 Light source:

 a) The light source uses 8 imported ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source.  Ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, 4 on each side.  There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose configuration.  The luminescence spectrum energy of UVA-340 lamp tube is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340nm, and the luminescence spectrum energy of UVB-313 lamp tube is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 313nm. We use UVA-340 lamp tube.

 b) Since the energy output of fluorescent lights will gradually decay with time, in order to reduce the impact of the test caused by light energy decay, this test chamber is replaced by a  A new lamp tube replaces an old lamp tube, so that the ultraviolet light source is always composed of the new lamp and the old lamp, so as to obtain a constant light energy output.

 c) The effective service life of the lamp can be about 1600 hours.

 4.2 Electrical control:

 a) The temperature of the blackboard and the condensing temperature are all controlled by a controller,

 The rest are basically imported electronic components.

 b) Uniformity of irradiance: ≤4% (at the surface of the sample)

 c) Blackboard temperature monitoring: using standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature

 Temperature sensor to precisely control the surface temperature of the sample during the test.

 d) Blackboard temperature setting range: BPT 40-75°C; but inside the machine

 The actual maximum temperature limit of the temperature protection device is 93℃±10%.

 e) Blackboard temperature control accuracy: ±0.5°C,

 f) Tank temperature monitoring: During the cycle test, there is a test section

 It is a dark condensation process, which requires saturated water vapor at a higher temperature to be generated 

in the cabinet. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold sample surface, dew will condense on the surface of the sample.  The water tank is located at the lower part of the box body and has a built-in electric heater.

 g) Tank temperature control range: 40~60℃

 h) The test box is equipped with a time controller with a range of 0~530H and a power failure memory function.

 i) Safety guards:

 ◆Temperature over-temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93°C±10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp and heater, and enter into a balanced state to cool down.

 ◆Water tank low water level alarm to prevent the heater from burning out.

4.3 Standard sample holder:

 a) Randomly equipped with several 75×150mm or 75×290 mm

 Standard sample clamp, the maximum thickness of the sample can reach 20mm,

 Non-standard size users need to explain when ordering.  No sample required

 When the rack sample holder is used, it can be loaded directly.

 b) There are 14 rows of standard sample holders per side, and a black panel thermometer is placed in one of the rows on the back.

 c) The door of the machine is easy to open.
