2. Planning equipment suitable for inspection and testing of products and processes

3. Responsibilities

3.1. Technical Inspection Department

3.1.1. Responsible for sending instruments and equipment to external calibration arrangements for calibration;

3.1.2. Responsible for the tracing and handling of instruments and equipment that violate calibration;

3.1.3. Responsible for the practice and inspection of inspection instruments and equipment operators

4. Procedure

4.1. Purchase and inspection of equipment:

The technical inspection department shall equip inspection and test equipment according to the determined inspection and test needs. The equipment equipped should meet the inspection needs of batch production. After entering the factory, the equipment should be inspected, and the corresponding inspection and Testing Equipment operating procedures, procedures and methods of using the rules should be formulated. If the inspector has no operational ability or skills, the technical inspection department shall train the inspector according to the operation rules and the requirements of inspection and testing.

4.2. Initial calibration of inspection instruments and equipment:

4.2.1. The instruments and equipment that have passed the inspection shall be sent to the state for calibration or verification by the technical inspection department, and can only be released for use after passing the inspection. The qualified instruments are affixed with a unique mark indicating their state, which is convenient for use and management personnel to identify; the technical inspection department is responsible for the number of the equipment, and establishes a "List of Inspection Instruments and Equipment" to record the number, title, specifications, and accuracy of the equipment. Grade, manufacturer, calibration cycle, calibration date, placement address, etc.

4.2.2. Calibration or verification shall be traceable to national or international standards. For self-calibration, the Technical Inspection Department shall compile the "Internal Calibration Regulations" to regulate the calibration method, inspection criteria and calibration cycle, etc.;

4.2.3. The technical inspection department is responsible for the custody and maintenance of the equipment.

4.3. Periodic calibration of instruments and equipment:

4.3.1. At the end of each year, the Technical Inspection Department prepares the "Instrument and Equipment Calibration Plan" for the next year, and implements periodic calibration according to the plan. For the equipment that needs to be outside the school, the technical inspection department is responsible for liaising with the national law instrument inspection and some calibration, and issuing a calibration report;

4.3.2. For equipment that has passed the calibration, the calibration personnel shall affix the calibration qualification mark; if some functions or ranges are qualified for calibration, a "restricted use label" shall be affixed, indicating the restricted use plan; Re-calibrate after repair; for equipment that is inconvenient to stick labels, the labels can be affixed to the packaging box, or the user can keep them properly.

4.4. Check the use, handling, maintenance and storage control of equipment:

4.4.1. The user should use the equipment strictly in accordance with the operating instructions or operating procedures to ensure that the measurement and monitoring capabilities of the equipment are consistent with the needs, and prevent the occurrence of adjustments that may invalidate the calibration. Proper maintenance and maintenance after use.

4.4.2. Before using the inspection equipment, check whether the equipment is working normally and whether it is within the valid period of calibration.

4.4.3. In the process of handling, maintenance and storage of inspection equipment, the user should follow the requirements of the operating instructions and operating procedures to prevent damage or failure.

4.4.4. The calibration, repair and scrapping of inspection equipment should be recorded in the list of equipment.

4.5. Work Inspection

4.5.1. The inspection policy of work inspection is the equipment used in routine inspection and confession inspection, and its purpose is to distinguish whether the instrument can be used for product inspection and quality distinction.

4.5.2. Method of work inspection: use "sample" inspection, that is, take a product that has passed the routine inspection or the confession inspection as a sample. Once it is found that the inspection equipment violates the calibration condition or the equipment function fails, the technical inspection department will The flow of products inspected by this equipment should be checked, and if necessary, the usefulness of previous inspection results should be evaluated, and necessary methods should be adopted, including the following:

A) Deactivate the device and activate a similar calibrated device;

B) Make necessary adjustments to the equipment to meet the needs;

C) If necessary, the inspected products are recovered and re-inspected;

D) Adjust the frequency of work inspections if necessary.

4.7. For the inspectors, the technical inspection department needs to properly practice the personnel who use the instruments and equipment, and they can work only after they have the ability to operate.

(Building materials, wires and cables) The general categories of testing machines are as follows:

Product nameModelApplicationRemark

Single burning item machine for building materials or products

ZY6242

Test methods applicable to the determining the reaction to fire behaviour of building products  (excluding floorings and products referred to in EC Decision 2000/147/EC) when exposed to the thermal attack by a Single Burning Item (SBI).

Pass (Standards compliant)

Cone Calorimeter

ZY6243This equipment is designed on the basis of the oxygen consumption calculated from the oxygen concentration in the burning product gas stream and the heat release rate during burning of the products. The heat release rate of the material is also the most important parameter in the burning performance of the material. The device can accurately measure the heat release rate during the burning process of the material. It has a beautiful appearance, convenient and accurate testing, and is extremely important for predicting fire hazards and its flame retardant prevention and treatment.Pass (Standards compliant)

Non-combustibility test apparatus for building materials

ZY6017D
It is suitable for the non-combustibility test of the main components of homogeneous building products and non-homogeneous building products under specific conditions.Pass (Standards compliant)
Building materials flame retardant testing machineZY6017EIt is used to determine whether the building material is flammable. Any material that has passed the combustion furnace test and can pass the flammability test of building materials can be classified as flame-retardant building materials.Pass (Standards compliant)
Building materials flammability testing machineZY6017FTest method for judging whether building materials have flammability under specified conditionsPass (Standards compliant)
