Tensile Test Machine For Wire & Cable Low Temperature

1. Scope of application:

1.1 It is suitable for testing the tensile properties of wire and cable, rubber, plastic and other insulating sheaths in low temperature environment (this machine needs to be used together with a low temperature testing machine, this instrument does not contain a low temperature box).

2. Compliant standards:

2.1 Comply with IEC60811-1-4:1985 and other test standards.

3. The main technical parameters:

3.1 Machine size: 420L*290W*320H(mm);

 3.2 Minimum operating temperature: -40°C;

 3.3 Maximum stretching length (displacement distance): 220mm;

 3.4 Specimen Specifications: Applicable to No. Ⅰ and Ⅱ dumbbell pieces, namely GB/T2951.14-2008 Figure 3 and Figure 4;

 3.5 Fixtures: non-self-tightening, a total of three sets of 6 fixtures, which can test 3 samples at the same time; 

 3.6 The distance between the left and right fixtures: 22 or 30mm adjustable;

 3.7 Tensile speed: (25±5) mm/min;

 3.8 Tensile accuracy: ±0.5%;

 3.9 Stretch display: digital display, automatically calculate the stretch length.  The three counters are individually controlled, and each set of fixtures has a wire-break stop function.  When one of the three groups of samples breaks, the corresponding calculator stops calculating and records the tensile length, and the other two groups work normally. When all three groups of samples are broken, the machine automatically stops working; 

 3.10 Power requirements: AC220 (±10%) V/50HZ;

 3.11 Machine operating power: 400W.

4. Equipment structure:

 4.1 The machine is divided into a control part and a stretching device part. During the test, the stretching device is placed in the low-temperature box, and the control part is located outside the low-temperature box.

 4.2 The clamps of the stretching device are divided into two groups, one set of fixed clamps and one set of movable clamps, which are respectively located above the machine.

5. Components and materials:

 5.1 Control box material: High-quality (t=1.2mm) electrostatic steel plate is used, processed and formed by CNC machine tools, the arc shape, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which is more smooth and beautiful.

 5.2 Material of stretching device: All mechanical parts are made of SUS304 material, which is anti-corrosion and anti-rust.

6. Mechanical drive system: Motor drive: AC220V 400W.

7. Control system:

 7.1 The relay control system is adopted, and all electronic components are domestic leading brands, which can better guarantee the performance and detection accuracy of the machine.

 7.2 The equipment has the following safety protection devices: power overload, short circuit protection, control circuit overload protection。
