1. Overview:

1.1 Applicable to experimental teaching for electrical fire simulation experiments;

1.2 Experimental items:

(1) Single-phase short-circuit fault;

(2) Two-phase short circuit fault;

(3) Overcurrent fault;

(4) Secondary phase-to-phase short circuit fault induced by overcurrent fault;

(5) Plug and socket overcurrent fault;

(6) Local overheating faults between lines and connectors;

(7) Simulation plug and socket virtual connection heating fault;

(8) Arc fault experiment;

(9) Step voltage test;

(10) Fire caused by contact failure of power distribution control cabinet;

2. Main performance parameters:

2.1. Main components: three parts: physical test chamber, functional simulation experiment and control system;

2.2. Test box: 0.5m3 simulated test box; adopt frame structure, add 1.5mm thick SUS304 electrostatic high-temperature baking varnish; the physical test box is 1.7m3 adopt frame structure, add 1.5mm thick SUS304 plate electrostatic high-temperature baking varnish;

2.3. There is an observation window; high temperature glass is used.

2.3. Test bench: made of insulating and flame-retardant materials;

2.4. Test load: impedance load;
