Wear Resistance Testing Machine For Fire Hose

1. Scope of application:

1.1 It is suitable for wear resistance test of lined fire hose, fire wet hose, etc.;

1.2 It is suitable for fire hose test with hose specifications of 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200. Among them, the hose specifications 50 and 65 are the standard configuration, and our company will provide the corresponding accessories. If you need to test other specifications of the hose, you need to purchase additional accessories of the corresponding specifications with our company.

1.3 To be used in conjunction with our company's "ZY6501-PC Hydraulic comprehensive testing apparatus of fire hose" and the coupling apparatus, it needs to be purchased separately;

In line with GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose" Section 5.12 wear resistance test.

3. Technical parameters:

3.1 Water pressure source: use our company's "ZY6501-PC Hydraulic comprehensive testing apparatus of fire hose"  and the coupling apparatus, it needs to be purchased separately;

3.2 The pressure is stable during the test: between 0.45MPa and 0.55MPa;

3.3 Sample rotation speed: 27±1 rev/min;

3.4 Grinding head pressure: 105±5N;

3.5 Constant speed of grinding head: 18~21mm/s reciprocating motion;

3.6 Round trip: 80mm;

3.7 Reciprocating times: 0~999 times can be set arbitrarily;

3.8 Abrasive belt: #240 abrasive belt;
