Combustion Testing Equipment For Aviation Aerospace

1. Scope of application:

It is suitable for the non-prolonged combustion performance of aviation and aerospace wires and cables under the direct combustion of the specified fire source.

2. Compliant standards:

2.1 Comply with the standard requirements of GJB17.18 "Test Methods for Aircraft Electric Cables And Wires - test Under Fire Condition";

2.2 In line with the US military specifications MIL-W-5186C, 22759D, 81381A, ISOR 1220, 1491 test standards.

3. Performance parameters:

3.1 Metal cover: height 600mm, width 360mm, depth 250mm, the front and top are open, and the bottom is closed;

3.2 Burner Lamp: Standard propane gas burner lamp. The outer flame is 175mm and the inner flame is 55mm;

3.3 Gas: propane gas with a purity of 95% (provided by the customer);

3.4 Ignition: high pressure automatic ignition;

3.5 Fume hood: not included, provided by the customer or purchased separately;

3.6 Burning time: 0~99.99s/m can be set arbitrarily, resolution: 0.01s

3.7 Delay time: 0~99.99s/m display, resolution: 0.01s

4. Temperature measurement system:

4.1 Temperature measuring copper block: diameter 9mm, mass 10g;

4.2 Use K-type thermocouple with armored diameter of 0.5mm and a jacket made of stainless steel pipe;

4.3 Equipped with a hand-held digital thermometer with a maximum reading of 1300℃;

4.4 with a stopwatch.
