How to determine the qualified flame retardant decorative fabric?

The inspection of flame-retardant decorative fabrics is divided into ex-factory inspection and form inspection. How to determine the qualified flame retardant decorative fabric?

Flame-retardant decorative fabrics should be inspected before leaving the factory. Its inspection items include at least 5.2 medium breaking strength (bullet bursting strength), tearing strength, washing dimensional change (shrinkage rate), color fastness to washing, color fastness to rubbing and 5.3 medium oxygen index and vertical burning performance.

Under normal circumstances, the type inspection of flame-retardant decorative fabrics is carried out every two years. In case of any of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out:

a) When there are major changes in the production process or raw materials, which may affect product performance:

Sampling for ex-factory inspection shall take samples of flame retardant decorative fabrics according to the sampling method specified in the corresponding non-flame retardant fabric product standards. Sampling for type inspection According to the method of GB/T 14437-1997, samples of flame-retardant decorative fabrics are taken, and the samples are divided into two groups, one of which is used for re-inspection.
