 Vertical Fire Resistance Test Furnace Of Building Components

1. Scope of application:

1.1 It is suitable for evaluating the fire resistance of products such as fire doors installed at the openings of vertical partition members, fire shutter assemblies, fire bricks, fire glass, fire partition walls and fire windows.


2. Compliant standards:

2.1 Comply with GB/T7633-2008 "Fire resistance test—doors and shutter assemblies", ISO 3008-2007 "Fire resistance test—door and shutter assemblies" and GB/T9978.1-2008 "Fire resistance test—Elements of building construction—Part 1: General Requirements".


3. Performance characteristics:

3.1 Use 16 high-precision collection cards to collect data such as temperature, pressure, and flow of various ways. When burning, the real information of the real-time reappearance is generated by the microcomputer analysis, processing, and control. The result was directly obtained by the microcomputer. The whole machine uses high -quality devices to ensure that the system is high-quality and run at high speed. It is advanced.

3.2 Based on the lack of domestic and foreign instruments, our company often maintains technical exchanges with the field operators of fire research institutes and many companies. 3.3 Adopt 16-bit panel card + multi-road module + microcomputer to implement the PID fully automatic control method, which is stable, repetitive and reproducible.

3.4 It adopts Windows XP operation interface and LabView, a global precision equipment development software, and the interface style is fresh, beautiful, and simple. During the test period, the measurement results are displayed in real time and the perfect curve is dynamically drawn. The data can be permanently saved, read and print out, and can be directly printed. It has the characteristics of high intelligence and guidance menu operations, which is simple and intuitive, making the test results more accurate.


4. Engineering design and overall planning

4.1 Gas control part:

4.1.1 Test furnace uses liquefied petroleum gas as fuel and uses multiple bottles of pipeline installation. That is, four bottles are connected in one group, two groups in a total of eight bottles, and automated control circuits. When the pressure is lower than the set value during the test, the liquid switching valve will automatically convert to another group. This can prevent the gas from suddenly exhausted in the test and interrupt the test.

4.1.2 In order to extend the use of liquefied petroleum gas in the filling, the liquefied petroleum gas is converted from liquid gas to gaseous, so that the liquefied petroleum gas in the filling is fully burned.

4.1.3 In order to fully burn the gas after gasification, an air -combustion ratio valve is added, and the proportion of air and gas automatically can be automatically adjusted, which can achieve the best burning heating value.

4.1.4 Fuel consumption: 75 ~ 125m3/h.

4.2 Pressure release system:

4.2.1 The exhaust holes are installed on the back of the furnace wall, connected to the flue pipe behind, and discharge the flue gas in the furnace body to control the pressure in the furnace. The air exhaust in the furnace is controlled by 11KW strong fan and inverter, and its air volume is automatically controlled by the program to meet the requirements of combustion, pressure and smoke. The indoor part of the flue room uses USU310S high-temperature stainless steel pipe, and the external flue gas cooling is cooled with water steam.

4.3 Floor space:

4.3.1 Requires the floor height of more than 7.0 meters, and the total use area of the test furnace, control room, gas room, and samples: above 275 square meters.

4.3.2 Requirement environment: good ventilation and convenient operation. There are no flammable and explosive items around the surrounding environment.


4. Main technical parameters:

4.1 Instrument composition: refractory test furnace, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system, pressure measurement and control system.

4.2 Refractory test furnace: It is a vertical test furnace with inner dimensions of 3M(length)x3M(height)x1.25M(depth).

4.3 Furnace body structure: a steel structure frame is used, and the furnace wall is built with refractory bricks in the middle of the steel structure frame. The outer side is wrapped with color steel, the thickness of the furnace lining material is 50mm, and the test temperature in the furnace is as high as 1250℃. The furnace is produced, installed and tested in our ZONSKY. According to the function preset by our client, it is disassembled into parts suitable for reassembly and packed into a trailer for transportation.

4.4 Burners: 10 high-speed burners are embedded in the furnace walls on both sides(5 on each side). They provide the heat required to heat up the furnace.

4.5 Flue gas collection:

4.5.1 A conical flue gas collection tower is installed on the top of the furnace to collect the flue gas leaked during the sample test in front of the furnace.

4.5.2 Fan power: 3kw, a powerful smoking fan.

4.5.3 Pipeline of collecting gas: it uses a pipeline with a diameter of 300mm, which is directly connected to the pressure release system.

4.5.4 Conical collection tower: 2.0mm thick, USU304 stainless steel plate.
